About
Chris has been a Physician Assistant for more than 20 years, dedicating the majority of his career to family medicine. Early in his career, he also spent a year working in a brain injury rehabilitation center in Minnesota, where he gained valuable experience in complex patient care and recovery.
He enjoys all aspects of family medicine and values the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and families. Chris especially appreciates the close-knit connections that come with practicing in a small-town, rural Iowa community—a place he proudly calls home and plans to serve for the remainder of his professional career.
Chris is married to Leeann, and together they have two adult children and three grandchildren. He lives on a 60-acre farm south of Chariton, where he enjoys hunting, fishing, working the land, and—his favorite pastime—spoiling his grandkids.
